Vehicle Tracking Officer

AR Trakker is a Karachi-based tracking technology company providing GSM-enabled monitoring solutions for vehicles, fleets, fuel, cold chains, assets, containers, gensets, and bikes. We are seeking a Vehicle Tracking Officer to support reliable daily monitoring and responsive customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned vehicles and tracking alerts through the company’s web portal and related systems.
• Review location, route, stoppage, speed, ignition, and other operational data for unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal queries regarding vehicle status and tracking reports.
• Maintain accurate logs of alerts, incidents, escalations, and resolution updates.
  
• Timings are 10 Hours & Required for evening shift (i-e) 2:00 Pm to 12:00 , Slightly negociable .
• Food will be provided
• Gazetted holidays will be given

• Hands-on ability to monitor GPS or GSM vehicle-tracking platforms and web-based dashboards.
• Clear verbal and written communication for customer updates and internal coordination.
• Accurate incident logging, report preparation, follow-up, and escalation handling.
• Basic computer proficiency, including web applications, email, spreadsheets, and record management.
• Ability to remain attentive during routine monitoring and manage multiple alerts or requests.
• Second shift: 2 PM to 12 AM, 10-hour duty; timing negotiable.
