QMN Equipment Inc. is seeking a technically knowledgeable and commercially driven professional with a background in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering to manage equipment inquiries, supplier coordination, quotations, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer inquiries and understand their technical and procurement requirements.
• Identify suitable metallurgical, materials testing, NDT, and laboratory equipment.
• Communicate with domestic and international manufacturers, suppliers, clients, and vendors.
• Obtain supplier quotations, compare technical specifications, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery terms.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, RFQs, and technical questions.
• Assist customers in solving equipment selection, budgeting, sourcing, and procurement challenges.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, equipment deliveries, and pending inquiries.
• Maintain supplier records, customer databases, and quotation tracking systems.
• Prepare daily activity reports, sales updates, and procurement status reports.
• Develop long-term customer and vendor relationships.
• Provide reports and technical assistance to other sister organizations.

Job Specification: Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of metallurgical testing, laboratory equipment, and industrial testing methods.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare professional quotations.
• Excellent organization, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Experience in technical sales, procurement, or equipment distribution is preferred.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, and other industrial testing standards is an advantage.
