Job Description: BSC Modern is looking for English teachers interested in providing online teaching services to learners in Pakistan.

The cooperation involves delivering individual online English lessons through the BSC Modern platform.

Scope of Teaching Services

• Deliver interactive English lessons tailored to learners’ proficiency levels and learning goals.
• Support students in developing speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and adapt lessons to individual learning needs.
• Keep relevant lesson and learning records.
• Use appropriate online teaching tools and digital materials.
• Create a supportive online learning environment encouraging conversation and participation.
• Provide accepted lessons in a punctual and professional manner.

Job Specification:

• Strong spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and accurate grammar.
• Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and language concepts in an accessible way.
• Lesson-planning skills, including matching activities to learner levels and objectives.
• Confidence communicating in online classrooms and using video-conferencing and digital learning tools.
• Ability to engage learners, encourage conversation, and adapt instruction to different needs.
• Skill in evaluating progress and providing specific, constructive feedback.
• Reliable internet access, a quiet teaching environment, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Organized record-keeping and consistent follow-through on lesson plans and student goals.

Payment Information
BSC Modern pays USD 6.30 for each properly completed 45-minute lesson.
Payments are made for teaching services based on a correctly issued invoice.
The estimated monthly amount is 36,000–110,000 PKR, depending on the number of lessons provided.
This is not a guaranteed monthly amount. Payment depends on the teaching services actually completed.
Additional conditional payment components may apply under the agreed cooperation terms.
