Job Description: Job Overview
Authenticom seeks a Technical Integration & Data Services Contractor with at least two years of experience in technical support, software implementation, API integration, data engineering, or related fields. This remote role supports REST APIs and software integrations, troubleshoots technical and data issues, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure reliable data and system interoperability.

Responsibilities

Support REST APIs and software integrations.
Troubleshoot technical, integration, and data issues.
Document technical issues, testing results, configurations, and resolutions.
Support software implementations and data processes.
Collaborate with customers, software vendors, and technical stakeholders.
Deliver technical services and project milestones independently.

Work Details
Full-time contractor role, remote or online, based in Karachi, Pakistan. Night shift. Compensation: USD $2,400–$2,600 per month.Job Specification:

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, software implementation, API integration, data engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests/responses, and API troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, API authentication, OAuth, and API keys.
Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar API testing tools.
Experience with SQL, relational databases, data mapping, data validation, and data transformation.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, system synchronization, and data-quality troubleshooting.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with CRM, Salesforce, ticketing systems, SaaS platforms, or data warehouses.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, root-cause analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
Automotive DMS experience is highly preferred, including CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, API integration, data feeds, implementation, or troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Python or another scripting language is preferred.
