Job Description: Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing tailored capital, advisory, risk management, working capital, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporates across Pakistan. We are seeking a Strategic Aide to the Founder to support high-priority initiatives, improve execution across the business, and help translate strategic priorities into measurable results.
The role is suited to a highly organized, analytical professional who can work with discretion, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Support the Founder with strategic planning, business analysis, and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Prepare concise briefs, presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and decision documents using accurate research and financial information.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving advisory, corporate finance, risk, operations, and digital financial services teams.
- Track action items, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating risks and delays proactively.
- Conduct market, competitor, client, and industry research to support business development and management decisions.
- Assist with stakeholder coordination.

- Strong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convert complex information into clear executive summaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial analysis, dashboards, and presentation development.
