Store Keeper / Shop Manager

Job Description: Tiny Tikes is seeking a dependable Store Keeper / Shop Manager to oversee daily retail store operations in Lahore. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring product availability, supporting customers, and keeping the shop organized and commercially efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and arrange incoming merchandise according to store procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels, movement, damages, and shortages.
• Prepare stock replenishment requests and coordinate with suppliers or internal purchasing teams.
• Supervise shop opening, closing, cleanliness, visual organization, and secure handling of merchandise.
• Assist customers with product information, availability, and routine purchase inquiries.
• Support billing, cash-handling controls, sales records, and end-of-day reconciliation as assigned.
• Conduct regular stock counts and promptly report discrepancies or operational issues.
• Guide shop assistants on basic store procedures and help maintain excellent service standards.

The successful candidate will combine strong organization, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to retail operations.Job Specification:

• Practical experience in storekeeping, inventory control, retail operations, or shop supervision.
• Strong ability to receive, count, inspect, label, store, and issue products accurately.
• Working knowledge of stock registers, inventory software, spreadsheets, or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to perform stock counts, reconcile records, identify variances, and reduce loss or wastage.
• Good customer service, product communication, and basic sales support skills.
• Reliable cash-handling, documentation, and daily reporting practices.
• Organized approach to shop presentation, housekeeping, opening and closing routines.
• Clear communication, teamwork, integrity, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Physical readiness for routine standing, product handling, and arranging merchandise safely.
