Job Description: Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing tailored capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporates across Pakistan. The company combines local market insight with disciplined analytics across investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, working capital solutions, and digital financial services.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to expand client relationships and contribute to revenue growth by presenting relevant financial solutions to prospective and existing customers. This role is suitable for a commercially focused professional who can understand client needs, communicate value clearly, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Responsibilities- Identify and qualify prospective clients among individuals, SMEs, and corporate customers.
- Present suitable financial, advisory, working capital, and digital service solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with Lahore-based and cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Job Specification:
- Proven ability to generate leads, conduct discovery discussions, deliver presentations, and close business.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to match client needs with financial or business solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-technical customers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and digital communication tools to manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong follow-up discipline, target orientation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with Lahore-based and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Pakistan’s SME, corporate, investment, or digital financial services market is an advantage.
