This role requires a confident communicator who can make lessons interactive while maintaining clear learning outcomes and accurate language instruction.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments for English language learners.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Evaluate learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Use appropriate digital tools and educational resources to support blended or technology-enabled learning.
- Maintain an inclusive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
