Emigraxpert Consultant is a Lahore-based education consultancy supporting students pursuing international study opportunities across Europe, Asia, the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. The team provides guidance for Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD pathways, including university selection, admissions, scholarships, documentation, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with students to understand academic background, career goals, budget, destination preferences, and intended intake.
• Recommend suitable universities, programs, entry routes, and scholarship opportunities based on each student’s profile.
• Explain admission requirements, timelines, tuition considerations, and application procedures clearly.
• Coordinate application documents, follow up on missing information, and maintain accurate student records.
• Support students with visa documentation guidance and prepare them for relevant interviews and pre-departure requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, institutions, and internal teams throughout the counselling cycle.
• Meet service and application targets while protecting data confidentiality.

Job Specification:

• Strong knowledge of international education counselling, university admissions, and student application processes.
• Ability to assess academic profiles and match students with suitable countries, institutions, programs, and pathway options.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence explaining complex requirements to students and families.
• Practical understanding of application documentation, personal statements, scholarship guidance, and visa-support procedures.
• Strong counselling, listening, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized approach to managing multiple applications, deadlines, follow-ups, and confidential records.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, customer relationship systems, and standard office productivity tools.
• Professional, empathetic, target-focused, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
