Institute of Corporate Finance And Taxation provides business registration, taxation, compliance, intellectual property, licensing, and professional training services to clients across Pakistan. Based in Jaranwala, the organization is seeking a customer-generation professional to expand its client base for services including NTN registration, income tax returns, sole proprietorship registration, PSEB freelancer registration, SECP company registration, trademark registration, import-export licensing, chamber of commerce membership, and related courses.

The successful candidate will identify prospective individuals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses, understand their requirements, and connect them with suitable consultancy or training solutions. Generate qualified customer leads through local networking, referrals, market research, and approved outreach activities.

Compensation includes 30% commission plus a PKR 5,000 monthly fixed payment on a minimum of 15 customers per month.

Main duties include obtaining new customers for tax, legal, and training services using the organization's page name or advertising posters, and explaining the organization's tax, registration, licensing, and training services clearly.Job Specification:

• Strong customer prospecting, lead-generation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills in English and local languages commonly used in the target market.
• Ability to explain business registration, taxation, licensing, and training services in simple terms.
• Confidence in networking with entrepreneurs, freelancers, shop owners, and established businesses.
• Effective follow-up, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Accurate use of spreadsheets, customer records, messaging tools, and basic office software.
• Organized approach to tracking leads, appointments, client requirements, and outcomes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently in a local market.
