Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing tailored capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients across Pakistan. The company combines local market insight with disciplined analytics across investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, working capital solutions, and digital financial services.

We are seeking a Client and Investor Hunting professional to expand the firm's client and investor network, identify qualified opportunities, and build lasting relationships with individuals, businesses, and institutional stakeholders. This role is suited to a proactive business development professional who understands financial products and can communicate value clearly in a remote-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients, investors, SMEs, and corporate decision-makers through structured market outreach.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline for advisory, investment, corporate finance, liquidity, and related financial solutions.
• Conduct needs-based discussions, explain relevant offerings, and coordinate suitable next steps with internal finance and advisory teams.
• Prepare prospect updates, activity reports, and opportunity

Job Specification:

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert clients or investors in financial services, investment advisory, banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of client discovery, investor engagement, lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
• Clear written and verbal communication, persuasive presentation skills, and professional relationship-building ability.
• Ability to understand financial needs and communicate suitable capital, advisory, liquidity, risk management, or digital finance solutions without misrepresentation.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, customer relationship management records, online research, reporting, and virtual meeting tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, commercially aware, and capable of working independently in a remote-enabled role.
• Strong follow-up discipline, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and attention to accuracy when handling client or investor information.
