Civil Engineer

Job Description: Khan Group of Construction is a Lahore-based commercial real estate and construction firm focused on delivering dependable building and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support project planning, execution, inspection, and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction requirements.
• Assist with site supervision, setting out, measurements, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, quantity measurements, updates, and project records.
• Support quality control, safety compliance, material planning, and resolution of site issues.
• Help track schedules, costs, variations, and completion activities.

The role is based in Lahore and offers hands-on exposure to commercial construction projects, with opportunities to contribute ideas, learn modern construction practices, and grow professionally.Job Specification:

• Working knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles, including concrete, masonry, steel, finishing, and basic surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Understanding of BOQs, quantity takeoffs, material estimates, and site measurements.
• Basic awareness of construction quality control, health and safety, and applicable standards.
• Strong numerical, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills with contractors and project teams.
• Willingness to work on construction sites, learn quickly, and maintain accurate documentation.
