What you'll be doing

Frida Finance - Mortgage & Insurance is a UK-based advisory practice specialising in UK mortgage and protection solutions for a wide range of borrowers, including first-time buyers, clients with impaired credit, buy-to-let landlords, commercial borrowers and applicants requiring bridging finance. We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Expert to build brand visibility in the UK, generate qualified leads, and support the owner-advisor’s position as a trusted specialist in mortgage, commercial finance and protection. The role will work closely with the advisor to translate technical financial products into clear, compliant marketing content and measurable campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy tailored to mortgage, insurance and landlord audiences in the UK.
• Create content calendars and publish platform-appropriate posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok) that explain mortgage and protection topics clearly and professionally.
• Design and run lead-generation campaigns (paid social, retargeting, landing pages) and optimise for cost-per-lead and conversion.
• Work with the adviser to ensure factual accuracy and regulatory compliance of all promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommend adjustments.
• Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and route qualified leads to the advisor for follow-up.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across channels; coordinate with external designers or copywriters as needed.

This position is hybrid-based in Islamabad and requires experience in financial services marketing or related regulated sectors. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, practical campaign execution skills and strong written communication to make complex financial topics accessible to retail and landlord audiences.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience running social media advertising and organic strategies for service-based or financial clients.
• Strong copywriting skills with ability to simplify mortgage, protection and finance topics for social channels.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and basic Google Ads.
• Practical knowledge of lead generation funnels: landing pages, forms, tracking (pixel, UTM), and CRM handoff.
• Experience analysing campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and producing reporting dashboards.
• Familiarity with compliance/privacy considerations for financial services marketing.
• Basic graphic/layout skills using Canva, Figma or Adobe Spark to create on-brand social creatives.
• Good stakeholder communication to coordinate with advisors and external suppliers; organised and deadline-driven.
