Job Overview

As a customer sales representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, engaging with students and parents, presenting our tutoring services, and converting potential leads into enrolments. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads through calls, messages, WhatsApp, or email.
• Explain our tutoring services, subjects offered, tutor profiles, pricing, and class structure.
• Identify student needs and recommend suitable tutoring programmes.
• Schedule trial classes and ensure parents receive all necessary details.
• Follow up actively with leads that are not immediately converted.
• Track trial class outcomes (connected, not connected, trial done/not done).
• Convert trials into regular classes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer concerns.

What we're looking for

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working night shift
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or google sheets, CRM and data entry
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Day shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Location: 30-D Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, Pakistan.
