Sales Representative (Outbound Calls - US Market)

We are actively hiring a motivated and results-driven calling sales executive to join our growing design & development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound and inbound calls, client communication, and closing deals for international markets, particularly the United States of America.

This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills who are passionate about sales growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound cold calls to potential clients in the US markets.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Present company services professionally and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, prospect statuses, and outcomes in the CRM.

1. Familiarity with an integrated sales and customer engagement platform such as Quo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or a similar customer engagement platform will be an advantage.
