Job Description: Inspire Technology, a Multan-based software and AI solutions company serving Australian SMEs, is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to expand the company's footprint in Pakistan and support cross-border client engagements. You will combine technical understanding of software and AI products with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales pipelines that convert into long-term client partnerships. Collaborate closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure solution fit for clients. Own the full sales cycle for software and AI services: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closure. Develop and execute territory and account plans for Multan and the broader Pakistan market; target SMEs and mid-market companies in Australia-facing verticals. Work with product and engineering to translate client needs into technically viable proposals and project scopes. Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, presentations, manage RFP responses, and deliver client demos. Maintain CRM records, forecast sales pipeline, and report on performance. Role is on-site in Multan and requires some travel.
Job Specification:
- Proven B2B software/IT services sales experience (3+ years)
- Experience selling SaaS, custom software or AI solutions
- Consultative selling skills: discovery, solution mapping, proposal crafting, negotiation
- Technical literacy: software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, AI/ML concepts
- CRM experience: HubSpot, Salesforce or similar; sales forecasting and reporting
- Commercial skills: pricing models, proposals, basic contract/compliance understanding
