Sales Executive, Helper, Digital Marketing Assistant, Rider

Job Description: Chiyoda Auto Lamp is an importer, wholesaler, and retailer of vehicle lighting products, including car and motorcycle bulbs, indicators, fog lights, back lights, brake lights, and meter lights. We are seeking a hands-on Sales Executive to support customer service, product promotion, digital marketing, and local delivery operations in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and wholesale customers in identifying suitable lighting products for cars, motorcycles, and trucks.
• Explain product features, check availability, prepare orders, and help maintain accurate sales and stock records.
• Support digital marketing by preparing product photos and basic promotional content for online channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain courteous, reliable service.
• Deliver orders locally by motorcycle when required, following safe driving practices and confirming delivery details.
• Keep the showroom and product displays organized and coordinate with colleagues to replenish stock.

This role combines retail sales with practical support duties in a vehicle-parts business. The successful candidate will be dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable moving between sales-floor, online promotion, and delivery tasks.Job Specification: Clear customer communication and a courteous, helpful sales approach.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle bulbs, lights, and indicators.

Basic product handling, order preparation, and stock-record accuracy.

Confidence using a smartphone and common digital platforms to share product information and assist with simple promotional posts.

Basic photography skills for capturing product images are an advantage.

Reliable time management and coordination across customer service, sales, and delivery duties.

Valid motorcycle driving license and safe riding ability for local order deliveries.

Honesty, punctuality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn automotive lighting products.
