Description:

Abdullah Developers is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience to lead and oversee key projects. The successful candidate will manage a team of 50 persons, ensuring effective coordination, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

This role demands a strong ability to plan projects strategically, manage communication across stakeholders, and maintain quality management practices within a dynamic construction environment. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success by monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and aligning resources to deliver results that meet company goals.

The role requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing project scope, schedule, and quality will be essential for excelling in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate and lead a team of 5 members to execute project tasks efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.
• Manage communication channels between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Implement quality management processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to construction projects.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for senior management.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and decision-making to address project issues promptly.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budget records.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and integrating lessons learned.
