About the roleAs the Country Manager Sales (Pakistan) you will lead sales strategy, operations, and market expansion across Pakistan. You will oversee sales performance, develop partner networks, grow revenue, strengthen vendor relations, and align activities with ICT’s APAC strategy. This is a senior leadership role requiring market expertise and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities (partial)- Drive sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting using data-driven decisions
- Develop and manage partner and distributor networks
- Lead sales operations to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Strengthen vendor relations and manage commercial negotiations
- Design and implement automated sales processes to improve efficiency and visibility
- Monitor sales performance using reports, metrics, and dashboards
- Represent the company with key customers and stakeholders
Job Specification:
- Must-have: 15+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent; experience with global sales teams
- Proven consultative/solution selling approach
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with high win rate
- Experience in distribution sales and working in rapid sales growth environments
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and maintain confidentiality
- Experience designing/implementing automated sales processes and developing reports/dashboards using Excel or similar tools
- Excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Preferred: Advanced certifications in Sales and Marketing
- Strong executive presence, leadership, and influencing skills
