Job Description: Shelbys Arteves Private Limited is a Karachi-based technology and services company delivering digital solutions to businesses in Pakistan and international markets.
We are looking for a Cold Calling Agent to introduce our software development, web and mobile application, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and IT consulting services to prospective business clients.
In this role, you will support business development by initiating professional outbound conversations, identifying potential client needs, and arranging qualified follow-up discussions for the relevant team.
- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses using company-provided contact lists and outreach guidance.
- Explain the company’s digital services clearly and tailor initial conversations to the prospect’s business needs.
- Ask discovery questions, qualify leads, and record accurate call outcomes and contact details in the CRM.
- Schedule follow-up meetings for qualified prospects and coordinate handoffs with the sales or consulting team.
- Follow approved scripts and calling procedures while maintaining a courteous, professional approach.
- Meet agreed activity and lead-quality targets, review feedback, and share useful prospect insights with the team.
This is an on-site role in Karachi, suited to someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and is comfortable making frequent outbound calls.

- Clear, confident verbal communication and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to engage business prospects, ask relevant discovery questions, and explain services in straightforward language.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling, handling objections calmly, and maintaining persistence without being pushy.
- Strong listening, lead qualification, and appointment-setting skills.
- Accurate data entry and consistent CRM or spreadsheet record keeping.
- Good organization, time management, and follow-through on scheduled callbacks.
- Ability to learn and discuss technology service offerings, including software, web and mobile applications, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
- Professional spoken English and Urdu; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site in Karachi.
