Job Description:
Field Education Outreach & Demo Executive — NorAIKarsaaz EBS, a UK-headquartered technology group, is expanding NorAI’s education outreach team in Islamabad. We’re looking for confident communicators who enjoy meeting people, demonstrating technology and engaging with education communities.
Students are encouraged to apply, provided they can commit to the daily working hours and field travel requirements.
Location: Islamabad
Working hours: 5–6 hours daily
Work arrangement: Field-based, with local travel within Islamabad
What You’ll Do- Visit schools, colleges, universities, events and community locations to introduce NorAI.
- Deliver engaging presentations and live product demonstrations.
- Support new users with basic onboarding.
- Build professional relationships with educators, institutions and community representatives.
- Submit daily reports covering visits, demonstrations, feedback and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Confidence in public speaking, presentations and live demonstrations.
- Availability for 5–6 hours of daily fieldwork and local travel within Islamabad.
- Relevant experience in education outreach, campaigns, events, academies, schools or teaching Grades 5–6.
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, presentations, demo scripts, reports and outreach messages.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools would be an advantage.

Job Specification: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, and follow up consistently.
Client relationship management skills, including listening carefully and understanding business needs.
Confidence preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial correspondence.
Organized pipeline management and accurate record-keeping; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Commercial awareness and ability to research organizations, markets, and potential opportunities.
Proficiency with common office productivity tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software.
Self-motivation, resilience, professionalism, and a results-oriented approach to agreed targets.
Ability to collaborate with internal colleagues and manage multiple prospects and priorities.
