About the Role

Accountax is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing sales team focused on the UAE market. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B business development, with real earning potential through commission.

No prior UAE financial market knowledge is required — we'll train you. A basic understanding of the UAE business/financial landscape is a plus, not a requirement.

Requirements

0–1 years of sales, telesales, or customer-facing experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Confident phone manner and comfortable with outbound calling

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Basic computer/CRM skills (MS Excel, Outlook)

Basic knowledge of the UAE financial/business market is an advantage, not compulsory

Excellent communication skill.

Work Location: In personJob Specification:

Generate and qualify leads for UAE-based clients through calls, outreach, and follow-ups

Set up meetings and product/service presentations for the sales team

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information

Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel

Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Build strong communication and rapport with international clients

Coordinate with senior sales team members to support deal closures
