Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

Role Overview:We are seeking a commercially minded Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own the digital presence. This dual role combines strategy and content creation. You will plan, produce, publish, and report on social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Define platform-specific growth strategies and set monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead referrals)
- Write captions, hashtag sets, CTAs, blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn articles
- Script, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Repurpose content across platforms (carousels, reels, videos in other formats)
- Publish content and manage scheduling using social tools
- Monitor analytics dashboards and optimize strategies based on data
- Support paid campaigns when required
Job Specification:
Must have:- 4 years of social media management and content creation (brand or agency)
- Proven track record of growing business accounts organically; portfolio/examples required
- Strong copywriting skills; able to write in multiple tones and formats
- Comfortable on camera and able to direct short-form video independently
- Proficient in video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
- Experienced with scheduling/analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Data-driven; able to read analytics dashboards and make strategy decisions
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for written content (strong advantage)
Preferred:- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
