Amal XM is seeking a motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance and expand our digital footprint across a variety of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing engaging digital content and advertising campaigns designed to increase brand visibility, drive user engagement, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills, managing end-to-end digital marketing efforts from content creation to campaign optimization and performance tracking. The specialist works independently in a remote environment and is responsible for executing comprehensive online marketing strategies. These include planning and publishing compelling content, optimizing paid advertisements through Meta and Google Ads platforms, managing email marketing initiatives, leveraging SEO strategies, and employing marketing automation tools. Although this position does not involve team management, the individual will collaborate cross-functionally to meet business development goals and enhance the company's online presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media channels to effectively communicate the brand message and engage with target audiences.
