Job Description: Grand Crest Real Estate & Developers is seeking a Sales Executive to support property sales in Islamabad. The successful candidate will connect prospective buyers with suitable real estate opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and help the company achieve its sales objectives.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective buyers through referrals, enquiries, and suitable prospecting activities.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines, then recommend relevant properties and development projects.
- Present property features, pricing, payment plans, and project information accurately and professionally.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and property or project visits, and follow up promptly on enquiries.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, client interactions, and sales progress using company records or CRM tools.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and coordinate documentation and handover steps with internal teams.
- Monitor local market activity and share client feedback and sales updates with management.
This role is based in Islamabad and involves regular client engagement and property visits. Success requires a service-oriented approach, clear communication, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work toward individual and team targets.
