Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive

Aurora Aviation is seeking a dedicated Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive for its Islamabad office, coordinating closely with the Dubai head office. The role involves monitoring and managing flight operations, including flight planning, real-time tracking, and communication with relevant departments and authorities. The successful candidate will oversee operational activities, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain compliance with ICAO standards, handle operational irregularities, and support flight safety and efficiency.

• Monitor incoming flight information and promptly forward updates to relevant departments and stations.
• Coordinate flight operations and communication between the Dubai head office and Islamabad office.
• Track flight statuses, schedules, and real-time updates for operational planning.
• Knowledge of IATA and ICAO airport codes.
• Receive, interpret, and respond to operational queries and messages accurately.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling staff, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate flight data, communication logs, and operational records.
• Handle delays, cancellations, emergencies, and other operational irregularities, escalating issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 6 and other aviation regulations.
• Prior experience in flight dispatch and airline operations is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and use aviation communication and information systems.
