Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Specialist

Job Description: Leatherware (Pvt.) Ltd., a Sialkot-based manufacturer and exporter of footballs, handballs, volleyballs, and other machine-stitched sports balls, is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). We are seeking experienced specialists to support the implementation across the company’s manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sialkot.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Production, and other operational departments.
• Configure, test, and deploy functional solutions aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend ERP-based improvements to operational efficiency.
• Deliver user training, maintain functional documentation, provide post-implementation support, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.

Job Specification:

• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Production modules.
• Experience with ERP implementation, business process mapping, system configuration, and functional testing.
• Understanding of data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing, and ERP deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments and technical teams.
• Manufacturing or export-sector experience, particularly in production planning, inventory control, procurement, costing, and ERP integration, is an advantage.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
