Job Description: Alpha Alliances is a Rawalpindi-based telecommunications business focused on connectivity and reliable communication services. We are seeking an HR Recruiter to support hiring needs and help build a capable workforce as the business grows.
Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment from role intake and job posting through candidate screening, interviews, selection, and offer follow-up.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through appropriate job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications, conduct initial screening conversations, and maintain clear records of candidate progress.
- Schedule interviews and communicate professionally with applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
- Support onboarding coordination and maintain organized recruitment documentation while handling candidate information confidentially.
- Track hiring activity and share updates on vacancies, pipeline status, and recruitment timelines.
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Rawalpindi. The recruiter will contribute to a responsive, organized hiring process and represent Alpha Alliances professionally to prospective employees.
Job Specification:
- Practical experience coordinating recruitment, candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview scheduling.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional and courteous approach to candidate engagement.
- Ability to understand job requirements, assess relevant experience, and present suitable candidate shortlists.
- Strong organization and follow-through across multiple vacancies, deadlines, and interview schedules.
- Comfort using job portals, email, spreadsheets, and basic applicant tracking or recruitment record tools.
- Good judgment when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, maintain accurate records, and provide timely recruitment updates.
- Knowledge of common recruitment practices and a willingness to learn about staffing needs in the telecommunications sector.
