Hotel Manager (IT-Skilled / Front-Of-House Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate combines strong hospitality leadership with solid IT proficiency and a proven track record of managing in-person (physical) client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
• Handle physical client interactions professionally — check-ins, complaints, bookings, and walk-in guests
• Operate and troubleshoot hotel management software, booking systems, and basic IT infrastructure
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and coordinate staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Demonstrated IT skills (hotel management systems, MS Office, booking platforms, basic troubleshooting)
• Strong experience dealing directly with clients in person
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
