Graphic Designer 2

I am looking for 2 Pakistan based graphic designers for a few projects & full time roles.

However, with that said - there are a few things.
I have decades of experience on every single side of a creative discussion - client, designer, agency, marketing - so I won't waste your time with stupid comments like "Make the logo pop out more" crap. You are the creative, I respect what you do - i'll do what I do best, explain what is needed without hindering your creativity.

I am looking for a few things.
1) Someone who is able to understand a brief, question it, and take liberty with application of it. I am not going to dictate your art.
