Job Description: Techoware Digital Solutions is a software development company focused on mobile and web applications, building digital products that help businesses and individuals succeed. We are seeking a Flutter Developer to contribute to mobile application development from implementation through release. This part-time role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and is remote, with 20 working hours per week and a flexible schedule agreed with the team.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Translate product requirements and interface designs into responsive, accessible app features.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party services, handling loading states, errors, and data appropriately.
- Write maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to deliver features on schedule.
- Support app testing, release preparation, and ongoing maintenance across supported devices.
Bring sound mobile development judgment, attention to product quality, and a collaborative approach to solving technical problems while helping deliver practical digital solutions.
Job Specification:
Flutter / Mobile- Hands-on experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, state management, and responsive UI implementation.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, parsing JSON, and working with asynchronous operations.
- Familiarity with app architecture, reusable components, and clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to debug application issues and consider performance, usability, and compatibility across devices.
Backend- Working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js (or a similar backend framework).
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access).
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase, and a good understanding of database design.
- Basic understanding of application security, error handling, and server logs.
- Experience with cloud deployment and server management is an advantage.
General- Knowledge of Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience writing or supporting automated tests and preparing applications for release is an advantage.
- Clear communication, practical problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration with design and backend teams.
