Job Description: Perfumes Hub is a Lahore-based sole proprietorship in the health, wellness and fitness sector, focused on delivering a customer-oriented business experience. We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, controls, and day-to-day finance operations that support sustainable business performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to maintain accurate financial information, improve processes, and ensure timely decision-making in a professional work environment.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, cash-flow projections, and variance analyses.
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and expense monitoring.
- Maintain effective financial controls and ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Monitor cash position, identify financial risks, and provide practical recommendations to management.
- Coordinate tax, audit, banking, and compliance-related documentation with relevant advisers or authorities.
- Support inventory, purchasing, and operational teams with financial analysis and cost-control guidance.
- Lead or coordinate finance staff, establish reporting routines, and improve accounting procedures.
Job Specification:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations, payables, receivables, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing.
- Ability to analyze variances, costs, margins, working capital, and operational financial performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured financial reports; familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
- Understanding of internal controls, tax documentation, audit preparation, and financial compliance in Pakistan.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and deadline management.
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with management and non-finance teams.
- Professional judgment, problem-solving ability, and a practical approach to improving finance processes.
