Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Intern to join our team for a 6-month, full-time remote internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple major online marketplaces, including Temu, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
While your primary focus will be assisting with product customization, design preparation, and listing content setup for Temu and Amazon, this role offers broader exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations. We are looking for an individual with a technical background who is eager to leverage AI tools and smart workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support multi-channel listing tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with preparing, editing, and formatting design files for customized products across Temu and Amazon listings.
- Help create, update, and maintain product-related content, listing attributes, variant matrices, and catalog information across Temu, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
- Explore AI tools and workflow improvements to streamline repetitive e-commerce tasks.
Job Specification:
Qualifications & Requirements- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or current enrollment, in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time, remote schedule for up to 6 months.
- Technical & Remote Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection; mandatory power backup setup (UPS/Inverter/Generator); and a dedicated work computer or laptop.
- AI & Tech Literacy: Familiarity with AI tools and AI-based workflows, with a strong interest in exploring or building simple solutions or integrations to automate repetitive e-commerce tasks.
- Graphic & Design Basics: Basic proficiency with visual editing software such as Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator for preparing and editing product images and designs.
- Key Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, willingness to learn new software and platforms, ability to follow detailed instructions, and ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
