We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Digital Solutions Consultants and help expand our client base by introducing our services to businesses in the market.
Job OverviewAs a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will represent Code Room Hub when approaching businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and presenting relevant digital solutions.
This is a field-based, commission-only opportunity suited to individuals who are comfortable communicating with people, visiting businesses, developing professional relationships, and working toward successful sales.
Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, explain our services, follow up on opportunities, and help convert prospects into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities- Visit local businesses, offices, shops, restaurants, clinics, educational institutes, startups, and other potential clients.
- Introduce Code Room Hub and explain our digital services.
- Identify businesses that could benefit from a website, mobile application, or improved UI/UX design.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Present our services professionally and explain their potential business value.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange discussions with interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding project requirements, quotations, proposals, and client handovers.
- Maintain a record of business visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Represent Code Room Hub professionally and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Services You Will Represent1. Website DevelopmentIntroduce website solutions to businesses that need a professional online presence, business website, or other suitable web solution.
2. Mobile App DevelopmentIdentify businesses that may benefit from mobile applications and connect them with our development services.
3. UI/UX DesignIntroduce user interface and user experience design services to businesses looking to improve their digital products and customer experience.
Commission StructureSuccessful consultants will earn
15% commission on qualifying project deals, subject to the agreed commission policy.
For example:
- Project value: PKR 50,000
- Consultant's commission at 15%: PKR 7,500
Another example:
- Project value: PKR 100,000
- Consultant's commission at 15%: PKR 15,000
Commission eligibility, the amount used to calculate the commission, payment timing, and the treatment of cancellations or refunds will be explained and agreed upon before work begins.<
