Schedule: Full-time, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM PKT (Evening Shift)
At Integlix, we help businesses grow through digital solutions and strong client relationships. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated person to bring in new clients, manage existing accounts, and support our continued growth in the UK market.
You will connect with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and introduce relevant services. Alongside generating new business, you will maintain relationships with existing clients, address their enquiries, and identify opportunities to expand our work with them.
This role suits someone who communicates confidently, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow in international sales.
Job Specification:
Key Responsibilities- Reach prospective UK clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research businesses using Google, LinkedIn, and other online platforms to identify qualified leads.
- Understand client needs and clearly explain the value of our services.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach and follow-ups to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing accounts.
- Handle objections and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, leads, and sales activities.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth.
Requirements- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and speaking with international clients.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service; UK campaign experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Good research, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong follow-up habits, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work onsite in Wapda Town, Lahore, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT.
