Job Summary
We are a real estate company looking for a responsible Cold Caller to perform a variety of tasks and support our team including but not limited to details listed below in the Responsibilities and Duties section. This is a full-time position.Hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (US Eastern time zone), Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Connect and build rapport with new lead acquisition by managing and nurturing qualified leads.
Process leads on Podio (CMR) and disposition complying with department standards and procedures.
Document all lead information in Podio (CRM) including but not limited to: comments, updates on lead follow-up, and entering new business leads
Disposition leads on Podio to send contracts in the negotiation process.
Responsible for their own time clock (Hubstaff).
Achieve department
