Assistant Flutter Developer / Assistant Project Coordinator (, WFH)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Female Flutter Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications while also contributing to project coordination and client communications. With home-office work environment, this hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both software development and working closely with clients, management, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the confidence to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while actively contributing to Flutter application development.

• Write clean, maintainable Dart code and follow established coding standards and version control workflows (Git).
• Maintain project documentation, prepare status updates, and coordinate sprint tasks with product and QA teams.
• Assist in backlog grooming, create simple task breakdowns, and help estimate effort for small features and bug fixes.
• Perform functional testing on new features, reproduce reported issues, and verify fixes before release.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, track action items, and follow up to close open tasks.
• Support release processes: build creation, deployment checklists, and basic release notes preparation.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has foundational Flutter experience plus basic project coordination skills. You will work closely with designers, and legal experts to deliver a reliable mobile experience.

• Practical experience with Flutter and Dart for building cross-platform mobile apps (internship or 1+ projects).
• Familiarity with Android and iOS app lifecycle, widgets, and responsive UI design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git for source control and collaborative workflows.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar).
• Ability to write clear bug reports, reproduce issues, and perform manual testing on devices/emulators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating tasks and producing status updates.
• Organizational skills: task tracking, basic backlog grooming, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and tools (Jira, Trello, or equivalent).
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
