Overview:Technoxarc Design & Build seeks an on-site Architecture Content Creator to capture and produce visual content for architecture, interior design, and construction projects. The role focuses on photography, videography, editing, content writing, and publishing across social platforms, with optional use of AI tools to enhance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture professional photos and videos of architectural, interior design, and construction projects
- Create reels, short-form videos, project walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit videos and images for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
- Write captions, project descriptions, and promotional content
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and site engineers to document project progress
- Manage and maintain a content calendar for social media
- Publish and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Stay updated with architecture, design, and social media trends
- Travel to project sites across Islamabad and Rawalpindi as required
Job Specification:
- Must-have: Photography and videography
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
- Graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Strong storytelling, communication, and content writing skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content optimization
- Ability to travel to project sites across Islamabad and Rawalpindi
- Preferred / AI skills: Experience with ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Gemini, or similar
- Use of AI for script writing, image generation, video editing, subtitles, voiceovers, and optimization
