We are seeking a reliable and experienced team member to support our agriculture and fertilizer shop operations.

What We Require
Previous experience in agriculture, fertilizer, seeds, or an agri-input shop.
Good practical knowledge of fertilizer and seed products.
Able to use a laptop/computer for data entry and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading fertilizer bags and other shop duties.
Dependable, disciplined, and able to work 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Lunch Provided — Lunch is provided at the shop during working days.

Other Meals — Breakfast and dinner are the employee's own responsibility.

• Practical knowledge of fertilizers, seeds, and other agri-input products commonly stocked in the shop, including their typical uses and application.

  Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading fertilizer bags and other shop duties, with safe handling practices for agri-chemical products.

  Comfortable using a laptop or computer for data entry and maintaining records in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

  Dependable and disciplined, able to work a demanding schedule of 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.

  Good customer service and communication skills for advising smallholder and walk-in farmers on product selection.

  Attention to detail for checking incoming stock, recording sales accurately, and maintaining reliable shop records.

  Basic numeracy and literacy for billing, stock logs, and simple recordkeeping.

  Previous experience working in an agriculture, fertilizer, seed, or agri-input shop preferred, along with familiarity with local farming practices and seasonal demand patterns.
